Journal - Why is it important to create an outline before writing a paper? What web tool did you choose to start building your outline in? How would you evaluate the tool? Easy to use, difficult, fun, pretty looking, etc. Its good so you know what to write. So you can think about it and get your ideas down on paper. It can also be good because you can make it sound better.I don't remember witch one i used but it is an easy one to use.
